The Santee Building Solutions Difference: Our Process
People-first approach
The first step in our process is to meet the people we’re working with and walk through the proposed project to determine how best we can partner with the project team. Once we review the drawings and approve the project, we’ll always visit the site to survey the area and send the schematics back to our office.
Integrating Technology to Guarantee Top-Quality Builds
Our company uses Botmark’s 3-D technology, including clash-detection, to review the building drawings and help mitigate project delays.
Build
Once the drawings and plans have been reviewed and approved, our team gets to work fulfilling the project.
